DigitasLBi, a global marketing and technology company, announced today the promotion of Jason Kodish from the regional SVP, North America Strategy & Analytics Lead to Global Chief Data Scientist. In this newly created role, Kodish will now lead the global 350-person Strategy & Analytics capability in delivering effective data-driven strategies for clients. He’ll also be responsible for driving the agency’s global data initiatives, such as tool development, partnership deals, data management and quality, and more. Included in that will be the growth of existing proprietary DigitasLBi analytics tools, including LookOut (competitive monitoring), PeoplePulse (audience data), Blackbook (influencer targeting), and more.

In his previous role as SVP, North American Strategy & Analytics Lead for DigitasLBi, Kodish has led one of the largest S&A groups for an agency nationwide. Over the course of his tenure with DigitasLBi, he’s developed numerous analytics tools and methodologies, including the agency’s approach to attribution (a triangulated, multi-touch system across seven different models that learns over time) and the social listening/analytics methodologies for BrandLIVE, DigitasLBi’s real-time marketing platform.
With more than 17 years of industry experience, Kodish has worked across a wide range of client industries including financial services, automotive, consumer packaged goods, travel, leisure, and retail. Prior to joining DigitasLBi, he was Director of Strategy and Marketing for GSP Marketing. He also held marketing and consulting positions at Quris, Buzz Divine, and Kestnbaum & Company.
Kodish holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Florida, with a concentration on mathematical logic.view more - Hires, Wins & Business
