wagamama has handed its £2m business to J. Walter Thompson London.
The agency beat M&C Saatchi/LIDA and Atomic in a final shoot out to win the account and will begin working on the business immediately. The incumbents were 101 and Elvis.
The integrated work includes print, out of home, digital and social as well as customer journey management, CRM, customer loyalty, instore and menus.
J. Walter Thompson London’s overall strategy will help to drive the already iconic brand forward into the future.
