Isobar Brazil announces today the arrival of Danilo Janjacomo as the new creative vice-president. Danilo will take on the mission of leading all the thinking and creative process of the agency for brands such as Azul Airlines, Accor Hotels, Chevrolet, Danone Nutricia, NIVEA, among others. He will lead the management of communication and business deliveries that combine technology, data, culture, behaviour while promoting brand experiences with consumers that create commercial transactions.
"Isobar’s invitation aligns with my beliefs as professional and for our business. The technological power of the group, Ana's leadership added to the reformulation of global guidelines, brings to the agency the creation of spaces and opportunities that allows diverse and representative bodies build a basis for a work that creates a dialogue with the current world, creating powerful relevance for our brands.", says Danilo Janjacomo, creative VP at Isobar Brazil.
A graduate of Advertising at FAAP, over the last four years Danilo was the creative director of Wunderman Thompson leading the creative work for Avon and Netflix. He has also worked at 9ine, Ogilvy and McCann, all as creative director, and at Bossa Nova Films where he was brand content director. Before arriving at Wunderman Thompson, he spent a season at JWT London as head of art for Unilever. Throughout his career, he won numerous awards at festivals such as Cannes Lions, D&AD, London Festival, Clio Awards, The One Show, Fiap, among others.
"The biggest challenge of our business today is to keep updated and be at the forefront of all the transformations that society is experiencing, and how they impact people's consumption behaviour. We need to be ready to translate the understanding of these changes into narratives and relevant brand experiences for people. Creativity is definitely the queen of this equation. I worked with Danilo Janjacomo about 10 years ago, and at that time he already enchanted me. He thinks integrated and transformative solutions for everything he does. Isobar opens with Dan's arrival a phase of great prosperity. I couldn't be happier and more confident," says Ana Leão, managing director at Isobar.
Danilo defines himself as a lover of innovation, technology and of being surrounded by people. He seeks to bring to communication values that positively impact people's lives, besides promoting the collective and valuing diversity and truth, thus improving the sustainability of business throughout the chain. He is also a wine lover that six years ago launched Los Mendozitos, a kind of wine truck in which he invites people to have an inclusive and different experience with the beverage.
