Isobar Awarded OCBC Bank

TUS Isobar in Singapore has been appointed digital and operations agency of record by OCBC Bank's Consumer Financial Services (CFS) division. Isobar was awarded the business in a multi-agency pitch which involved at least three agencies in Singapore.

The agency has been engaged on an annual retainer basis by OCBC CFS, and will now drive digital marketing thought leadership in collaboration with the bank's CFS Marketing, Group Corporate Communications, and Customer Experience teams. A key responsibility of Isobar will be to provide best-in-class digital marketing content to OCBC customers across multiple digital touch points.
"Isobar is thrilled to have been selected as a strategic partner for OCBC Bank. We look forward to working with all stakeholders to continue to drive innovation, and to build upon OCBC's success in delivering outstanding consumer experiences via digital channels," said Prakash Kamdar, CEO of TUS Isobar.

"The ability to engage customers meaningfully through both conventional and online channels is critical in this digital age. At OCBC, we place a lot of emphasis on ensuring that customers, in their interactions with us, have an experience that is clearly differentiated. This means delivering design-driven content that is accessible but also easy-to-understand and navigate. We believe that Isobar is well placed to help us achieve this," said Dennis Tan, Head, Consumer Financial Services and Group Premier Banking.
