Isobar Acquires Lesmobilizers in France

Dentsu Aegis Network today announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire Lesmobilizers in France, an agency specialising in marketing and designing mobile solutions. Lesmobilizers will be integrated into the Isobar brand, part of Dentsu Aegis Network in France.

Founded in 2010 and located in Paris, Lesmobilizers designs "mobile" experiences as well as  comprehensive digital strategies centered on mobile technology. This latest acquisition by Dentsu Aegis Network will help strengthen the French digital creative agency’s  range of solutions in addition to initiating synergies between Lesmobilizers, as specialists in mobile marketing, and Isobar’s experts in developing original digital interactions between brands and consumers. Lesmobilizers, led by Loïc Le Moaligou and Stéphane Renou, along with its entire team, will be fully integrated as a new department within Isobar France, headed by Thierry Jadot, CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network France and Isobar France.

"Acquiring the agency Lesmobilizers is a strong sign of our ambition to build our influence in the mobile sector. It was clear that our digital creative agency, Isobar, would become the new home for this leading mobile marketing agency and its staff of talented people. With Lesmobilizers joining the fold, we continue to break down the borders between the different categories of digital media in order to offer our clients genuinely integrated strategies as well as full guidance in deploying converging digital experiences", said Thierry Jadot, CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network France and Isobar France.

Loïc Le Moaligou, CEO of Lesmobilizers said “We are excited to be joining Isobar and the Dentsu Aegis Network family.  This new relationship provides us with the catalyst to extend our mobile capabilities nationally, internationally and as part of a successful and pioneering group of like-minded innovators.”
