Is It The End Of The Charts As We Know Them?
Last week I wrote about the current state of the UK singles chart, and how streaming has become predominant over download songs. You can check out my article here.

As predicted we did discover that Ed Sheeran had made history by having all 16 of his album tracks in the top 20.  You read it here first, as many other articles followed mine, some of which you can be read here:
 



This record is in some sense is amazing, but in my opinion it has made the chart a little unexciting.  Maybe this is the end of the charts as we know it?
 
As mentioned last week, we’d like to share with you our personal playlist of new and interesting music that has been released.

This week we’ve handpicked 20 new and interesting songs which includes a great new track by Snoh Aalegra, that samples Ike's Rap II by Issac Hayes that was made popular on Portishead’s “Glory Box”.  Also worth checking out is an interesting new track by the Deep Throat Choir called “Be OK.”
