iProspect US Appoints Michelle Snodgrass and Rachel Starr as Heads of Strategy and Planning

In elevated roles, Michelle and Rachel will partner to better deliver on agency’s vision of accelerating growth at the intersection of brand and performance

iProspect US, a dentsu company, announced today the appointment of Michelle Snodgrass to EVP, head of strategy and Rachel Starr to EVP, head of planning. In these elevated roles, Michelle and Rachel will ignite strategic thinking and design directly contributing to the growth advantage iProspect provides to clients. The duo will work across the media agency’s suite of US clients and report directly to Danielle Gonzales, CEO of iProspect North America. Danielle took the helm in Fall 2021 and has fuelled the transformation of iProspect into a full-service media agency, accelerating growth at the intersection of brand and performance.

Under the new iProspect agency model, Michelle and Rachel will integrate the strategy and planning teams that are embedded across each client team to enable shared consumer learnings, best practices, insights, and innovation.

Michelle has been with dentsu for 18 years and is being elevated from the role of SVP, strategy for iProspect US. Rachel joined dentsu in 2008, most recently serving as SVP, planning on the Hilton business, which she will continue to lead in her elevated role. Both leaders have played instrumental parts in evolving the iProspect offering to effectively navigate clients through the ever-changing media and consumer landscapes. 

iProspect US clients include Abercrombie & Fitch, Bank of America, Cox Communications, Hilton, LinkedIn and Polestar.
