iProspect, the global digital performance marketing specialist, has promoted Misty Locke to President of iProspect Americas, a newly created position spanning the Americas region. Locke will retain her current role as Global Chief Marketing and Performance Officer, and report directly to Nigel Morris, CEO of Aegis Media Americas & EMEA, for her Americas capacity and to Ben Wood, President of iProspect Global, for her CMO responsibilities.
In her new role, Locke will be charged with growing the iProspect network and brand throughout the Americas and instilling iProspect’s unified global vision. As Global Chief Marketing and Performance Officer of iProspect – a role she has held for the past two years – Locke will continue to manage the organization’s strategic direction and maintain the firm’s industry relationships.
“I could not be more excited to have the opportunity to continue to drive the iProspect business across the Americas region, as well as continue my global marketing role,” said Misty Locke, President, iProspect Americas. “We have brilliant leadership and an inspiring team in the Americas, not to mention an impressive client roster that includes some of the world’s leading brands. I look forward to working collaboratively with this brilliant team to deliver on a global innovative vision that helps to move our clients’ businesses forward.”
Prior to iProspect, Locke was a co-founder of Range Online Media in 2001, and as president, she led the company through its acquisition by the former Aegis Group plc. Under her leadership, Range Online Media was recognized numerous times for their great work environment and culture, including Advertising Age’s “Best Companies to Work” list in 2010, and Locke was recognized by Fast Company as one of its “25 Top Women Business Builders” in 2005.
Nigel Morris, CEO of Aegis Media Americas & EMEA, added: “Misty’s diverse background, entrepreneurial approach and leadership strengths will be a tremendous asset as iProspect continues to build momentum in the Americas. Her passion for the clients and team members, and contributions over the past few years have successfully driven growth of the iProspect brand, helping to build it into a strong global network.”
Locke’s broad range of client experience includes major brands such as General Motors, Adidas, Neiman Marcus, The Gap Brands, Chanel, Estee Lauder, Accor Hotels, Burberry, Converse, Hermes and Cole Haan, among others. She previously served on the agency and search advisory boards for Google, MSN and Yahoo!, and for four years was an active member of the Shop.org Board of Directors, a division of the US’s National Retail Federation.
