The healthcare network has brought in the new employee benefit as awareness grows about the importance of wellbeing and mental health

IPG Health, home to the world’s most celebrated and awarded health marketing agencies including FCB Health and McCann Health, has partnered in the UK with mental health benefit platform, MYNDUP, to offer its staff tailored and individual wellbeing packages.

The addition of MYNDUP to the IPG Health employee benefits package in the UK will enable all employees to access a range of tailored, full spectrum wellbeing and mental health support - thereby better supporting the individual needs of its workforce. Whatever an employee wishes to discuss - personal or professional - all sessions (available for up to one hour a week per employee) are free, anonymous and confidential.

Michelle Garnier, HR director, UK, IPG Health explains: “At IPG Health UK, we’re obsessed with inspiring behaviours that fuel better health – and that starts with our own employees. We have an ambition to build cultures across our agencies where our people can thrive.  Supporting good employee wellbeing is a crucial part of us achieving this ambition, and so we are delighted to partner with MYNDUP to deepen and diversify our wellbeing offering which provides a more bespoke approach for our employees.”

“There is no single solution to mental health,” adds Joel Gujral, Founder of MYNDUP. “Our philosophy centres around stopping the one-size-fits-all approach to mental health, with live, one-to-one video sessions spanning therapy and counselling to life and career coaching, mindfulness and meditation. We’re delighted to be involved with IPG Health in the UK as it continues to push to make the world a better place!”

The platform launches this month, complementing the existing services which include IPG Health’s Employee Assistance Programme, Mental Health First Aiders across its agencies and free Headspace subscription for all employees, thereby evolving the group’s wellbeing offer and supporting individuals to thrive both personally and professionally.
