Creative psychology-driven marketing agency Intermark Group has hired Madisen McDonley as digital media manager. Madisen reports to Laura Lee, VP communications and media.

In this role, Madisen is responsible for executing and managing all types of digital media programs. She will work to plan, maintain and negotiate digital media buys in programmatic, social media, and search engine marketing as needed. She will also analyse campaign performance to inform optimisation strategies. She will work across all clients, which include Alabama Tourism, Troy University, and Physicians Mutual.

Madisen comes to Intermark Group from digital marketing consultancy ControlVExposed, where she served as client strategist for about a year and a half. Before that, she spent nearly six years at Goodway Group, where she started as a media buyer and worked her way up to director of media strategy.
