Wunderman Thompson’s SVP global marketing Gareth Jones on a live-streamed thought leadership event to broaden his and your horizons
Inspiration is everywhere.
Sometimes you just have to look for it.
The trouble is this can be difficult.
We’re all busy people with lots going on; finding time to go out into the world and be inspired is hard.
This is especially true today given our current circumstances.
Many of us are confined to our homes, more are practicing social distancing and all are obscured behind masks.
It’s harder than ever before to seek out different perspectives, to challenge our preconceptions and broaden our horizons.
Conversations in coffee shops, debates in bars and impromptu chats in office corridors have been replaced by video calls, endless social media scrolls and online echo chambers.
This is why we decided to bring you Transform, a livestream thought-leadership event that curates diverse, creative and sometimes controversial voices from all over the world.
The idea is to bring inspiration to you, so you don’t have to go looking for it. Our agenda gathers together rebels, iconoclasts, outsiders and thinkers.
There’s much to excite, engage and inform, but just as importantly Transform is designed to challenge, provoke and motivate action.
The aim is not to achieve a consensus of agreement, but to encourage a collective interrogation of prejudices, evaluation of biases and critique of predispositions.
Our hope is that in some small way Transform inspires you to see things differently, to perhaps approach your day-to-day a little better informed and with renewed vigor.
Why? Because we believe that joy lies in discovering new perspectives.
If this sounds interesting, please register for Transform here
