Four former executives from an Austin-based innovation agency have spun off to open up their own shop built to challenge the growing cohort of standalone market research firms and strategy consultancies.
Recognising a universal gap between data and action, Current Forward is focused on helping clients draw out insights and turn the corner to brand storytelling and business opportunities. All four founders bring their unique perspectives and domain expertise to the firm having grown careers on the coasts at agencies like mcgarrybowen and Media Arts Lab, and building brands like American Express and Samsung.
Their unique product offering is representative of their belief in making insights actionable. Beyond delivering insights through consumer research and industry reporting, they also offer immersive client briefings, field trips for creative teams and trend reports delivered in the form of a monthly subscription box.
With a belief that strong, diverse and nimble teams are best suited to lead the way in today’s agency landscape, Current Forward formed as a team-for-hire for both brands and their agency partners. Their client roster includes shops under the Publicis and Dentsu umbrellas, as well as established and emerging brands in retail, health and entertainment.
