Customer engagement agency Indicia has expanded with the acquisition of Top 100 digital agency Evolving, a specialist in web, email, search, social media and mobile marketing.
Based in Bedford and London, Evolving boasts a digital and real-time campaign delivery capability in digital, social and direct which will incorporate seamlessly into Indicia’s customer engagement proposition.
Evolving’s client portfolio has global reach including Landmark, David Lloyd Leisure and Dyno, with particular strength in the hospitality sector, as the digital partner behind T.G.I. FRiDAY’S, JD Wetherspoon, Carluccio’s, YO! Sushi, Bramwell Pubs, ASK Italian and Welcome Break.
Bristol-based Indicia also operates offices in Edinburgh and London, and works with clients including ITV, Nissan, Tourism Ireland, Shop Direct Group, Axa, Heineken and the Yorkshire Building Society. Multi-award winners, in both 2011 and 2012 Indicia won ‘Outstanding Data Focused Agency’ and in 2011 the DMA Grand Prix award – the only agency outside of London to have achieved this accolade. This list adds to the two Webby Award wins that Evolving has to its name.
