Independent Agency FUSE Create Kicks Off 2022 with Nine New Hires

FUSE Create leads the year with nine new hires across multiple departments. After a successful 2021 capped with the AOY #3 Small Agency of the Year win, FUSE is strengthening its team with top-tier talent. 

In the Creative department comes Madison Rogers and Frank Neufeld. Madison joins as a Creative Strategist and will work closely with creative strategy director, Jacquie Kostuk, to expand the agency’s social offerings and listening capabilities. Frank joins as an art director and will be partnered with copywriter Sam Rudykoff. Both Madison and Frank are new graduates from the Humber College Creative Advertising program. 

Added to the ever-busy CIBC Account team is Nisha Nair as account coordinator. The Production team levels up with integrated producer Terra Stephen, formerly at dentsu. And the Media team continues to build out with Emilie Belzile, Media Planner & Buyer, and Natalie Jacombe, Media Coordinator, with one more media addition starting in a few weeks. 

“The agency is going through awesome growth with both new and existing clients,” says Aleena Mazhar, FUSE managing director. “These new additions to our team reflect our focus on work that is strategic, integrated and has the lens of both creative and media. This approach has allowed us to create work that Turns Heads while being contextual and relevant for consumers in the moment and with the right media support.”  

FUSE is also joined by two people on the Administration team, Leanne Hutchison and Eric Nogueira, plus Tricia Rego, an art director Intern from the Miami Ad School. All these additions are in response to the growing client roster and increased scope, including Old Dutch, Maple Leaf Foods, and Sony.
