Most recently, McCourt was part of Leo Burnett’s in-house brand activation agency Arc Worldwide. Her duties included bringing the consumer into the process of advertising via critical, creative, and collaborative thinking and directing each brand’s unique positioning and communication across advertising and marketing channels.

McCourt started her career at Whole Foods’ global headquarters in Austin, Texas. There, she got a taste of marketing and strategy in the field of PR at a time when that was the retailer’s primary method of reaching consumers. Whole Foods also introduced her to the emerging world of social media, and she went on to become fluent in understanding influencers and developing online communities for companies such as Lululemon Athletics before moving on to Leo Burnett.
McCourt is already diving deep into HY Connect accounts such as Village Inn/Bakers Square and Land O’Frost.
