Huskies Expands with Key New Hires and Promotions

Huskies has made a number of key new appointments and promotions following a busy year in 2021, which saw the creative agency continue to grow, picking up new clients as well as winning top industry awards.

The four new hires will strengthen the agency’s existing talent base across multiple departments so it can continue to deliver outstanding work that drives real business results.

According to Sarah Deeny, client service director: “We are very excited to welcome the new Huskies to the pack. Strong growth from our existing clients and substantial business wins have given us the opportunity to add to our very talented team, as well as, announce two well deserved internal promotions. These appointments further strengthen our capabilities to continue creating compelling work and deliver commercial results for our clients in 2022 and beyond.”

The new hires include Jane Adams who has joined from Core where she was business director on the Fáilte Ireland ATL account. A well-known strategic thinker, Jane has over 20 years of advertising experience having worked in Grey Advertising South Africa.

Renowned travel writer and broadcaster Fionn Davenport is joining as managing editor to lead and oversee the implementation of Fáilte Ireland’s online content strategy. Fionn has extensive experience and is a long-time contributor to The Irish Times and Newstalk’s award-winning Right Hook radio show. He has hosted RTE Radio 1’s Inside Culture programme and authored many titles for Lonely Planet over the last 17 years.

Other appointments include that of Darragh Hoare who joins the agency as Digital Project Manager. Darragh has a proven record of building digital audiences having previously worked as a Creative Producer in Four Seasons Media and Digital Project Manager in Stack’s Pharmacy.

Meanwhile, Anna Hickey also joins the client service team as Account Manager, having previously worked with Ryanair and ITG.

In addition to these new hires, Fiona Cunniffe and Kritika Verma have been promoted to Account Directors in recognition of their excellent work across the agency clients.
