In 2019 Kantú’s film 'Coche Bomba' was one of five projects selected by the Tribeca/Chanel 'Through Her Lens' fellowship. She was also a part of Sony’s Diverse Directors Program and the Viacom Viewfinder Emerging Directors Program.
