Kondrashova will be responsible for the global strategy and vision for the agency’s Google portfolio
Global experience agency Huge
today announced the appointment of Irina Kondrashova as VP, strategy, effective immediately. Irina will report directly to Huge West Coast president Mark Manning and will lead the global strategy discipline for the agency’s long-standing relationship with Google.
In this new role, she will be responsible for leading a global team of interdisciplinary strategists, working in close partnership with key Google clients across a broad range of the technology company’s products and services.

Over the last three years, Kondrashova has led brand and marketing strategy at Uber in the UK and Ireland, responsible for improving brand reputation, increasing Uber’s share of consumer travel, building go-to-market plans for new products and services, and growing overall demand for Uber products. Prior to joining Uber, Kondrashova has held a number of leadership roles across agencies such as R/GA, where she led product and communications strategy for McDonald's and Emirates, and McCann, where she was responsible for building the agency's digital capabilities and leading planning for clients like MasterCard, Pandora, and Coca-Cola. Previous to this, Kondrashova worked at 360i in North America holding positions within research and strategy, ultimately moving to London as part of the leadership team in Europe.

Kondrashova’s appointment comes on the heels of the recent hire of Judith Hoogenboom as global chief strategy officer and the February appointment of Fura Johannesdottir to global chief design officer. In addition to bolstering its global leadership roster this year, Huge has been recognised at every major award show in 2020 for work across all agency disciplines, including physical product, digital product and integrated marketing at The One Show, Art Directors Club, D&AD and Fast Company, to name a few.
Kondrashova will work out of Huge’s Brooklyn office.
