Brand hacks the platform's 'Peek and Pop' feature
BACARDÍ has recently become synonymous with hacking social media to create fun and engaging content.  For example, you may recall Bacardi’s use of Instagram Stories to launch 'Instant DJ', developing a Snapchat lens to create a music video in Snapchat, and utilising Instagram polls in 'Live Moves'.

The brand is up to it again.

This week, Bacardi is hacking social media with Bacardi Instant Jams.  Created by BBDO New York, Instant Jams transforms the rarely used 'Peek and Pop' feature on Instagram into a drum machine. Using your phone and the BACARDI USA Instagram page, Instant Jams allows you to mix tracks, add sound effects and become your very own DJ.

Instant Jams is ideal for the advanced 'grammers who have mastered their Peek and Pop skills. But, like most fun games and DJing, it takes some skills.
