While food banks in the Netherlands are running dry because of the mass buying frenzy in supermarkets, food brand Honig (owned by Heinz) is coming to the aid of the families who are affected.
Launching the national campaign ‘Live Eet’ (‘Live Eat’), Honig together with digital agency Dept and creative production company Chuck Studios, developed the concept for an online charity dinner that anybody can join from home. When joining the virtual dinner, attendees will be able to enjoy live concerts from the homes of famous Dutch artists like Claudia de Breij and Thomas Berge.
The goal of the campaign is to raise funds to be put towards food for families in the Netherlands who are having a hard time to make ends meet. The online charity dinner starts on Thursday 26th March at 18:00.
