Hoku Gets Personal With A New Starbucks Campaign

 

 

After signing to Partizan off the back of the beautifully animated 'Have You Seen My Sister Evelyn' music video, Hoku's first ad through Partizan for Starbucks is out. 

 

'The Perfect Latte' launched a new Starbucks campaign to make everyone's experience a bit more personal. In exchange for giving a barista your first name, Starbucks would buy you a latte. Although the giveaway is over, being on a first-name basis with customers continues.

 

Hoku's ad has an equally playful style to the Evelyn Evelyn video, seamlessly mixing live action and stop-frame animation, with stop-frame ink drawings by Hoku collaborator Adam Bolt.
