In recognition of World Menopause Day, Hogarth Worldwide announced today that it is partnering with healthcare startup Peppy Health to provide all of its UK female employees with access to confidential support and guidance from specialist menopause practitioners. Hogarth is the first company in the advertising industry to offer this benefit to employees.
Menopause is one of the most stressful times in a woman’s working life with a recent study finding that 45% of women struggling with menopausal symptoms, which can lead to heightened stress levels at work, poor employee confidence and a thinning of talent pipelines when women are at the peak of their careers.
The new service from Peppy available to all of Hogarth’s UK-based female employees will provide employees with the opportunity for a safe and confidential space to talk with specially trained nurses to discuss symptoms, concerns and treatment options, related to menopause.
