Richard Glasson, CEO of Hogarth Worldwide says: “Menopause is a natural stage of life experienced by all women but can be one of the most stressful experiences a woman can face in her working life. It is also important to raise awareness to help our male employees understand the symptoms of menopause and better support their female colleagues. We need to do more as an industry to support and recognise this important subject. I am delighted that we are the first company in the advertising industry to provide this benefit and I hope it encourages more to sign up.”
Mridula Pore, co-founder and CEO, Peppy Health, says: "In years to come it will be normal for companies to support women going through the menopause. There will be a handful of progressive companies who will be able to claim that they helped change the culture - Hogarth is one of them.
