VMLY&R COMMERCE, WPP's end-to-end Creative Commerce Company, today announced the inclusion of Global CEO Beth Ann Kaminkow to the HERoes Women Executive Role Model List. This list of 100 female executives showcases leaders who are championing women in business and driving change for gender diversity in the workplace.

Beth Ann's actions to promote gender equality on behalf of WPP include serving on the firm's "SeeHer" committee, mentoring across the organization, and sponsoring Black women as part of the Safe Space program.
Within VMLY&R COMMERCE, Beth Ann ensures commitment to pro-bono work supporting women-run businesses, and working hand-in-hand with the HR department to ensure there is always a focus on gender diversity across the hiring and promotion of talent. In collaboration with World Woman Founder Rupa Dash, she conceived The World Woman Hour program, showcasing 60 inspiring female leadership stories, which received millions of views on Facebook Live and You Tube. During the pandemic, the organization took a very personalized and flexible approach to work hours and locations, and in doing so achieved its goal of retaining women and talent disproportionately impacted.
A vocal advocate in the industry, Beth Ann is committed to setting new models that are fitting of a woman leader and relevant for today’s challenging world.
