Scott Arenstein and Szu Ann Chen fill the positions at the growing LA agency

Hello Design Names Two New Partners

Hello Design, an LA-based digital creative agency, today announced Scott Arenstein and Szu Ann Chen Smith have been made partners, effective immediately.  In addition to helping guide the agency’s ongoing growth and success, they will continue to oversee strategy, account management and new business, with Arenstein continuing to serve as Account Director and Chen Smith continuing to serve as Executive Producer at Hello Design.  Arenstein and Chen Smith join agency Co-Founders David Lai, CEO and Creative Director, and Hiro Niwa, Creative Director, as agency partners.

“Szu Ann and Scott are truly our partners in every aspect of our business, because they embody Hello Design’s past, present and future – and our ongoing commitment to doing great work for a diverse portfolio of clients,” said Lai. “Hiro and I could not be more proud to call these two our true partners.  We often say clients always get the A-Team because there is no B-Team at Hello, and this is because our leadership team is so invested in making our agency and our clients successful.”

Arenstein joined the agency in 2007.  He currently serves as Account Director, leading strategic direction, business development and the successful execution of projects across the agency. Arenstein oversees agency of record accounts including Herman Miller and Tillamook and has managed a diverse group of clients including Mattel, Callaway Golf, and Intel.

Szu Ann Chen Smith becomes partner after more than a decade at the agency. Today she is Executive Producer overseeing projects and leading new business initiatives at the agency.  She has successfully managed large projects including Herman Miller, Dermalogica, General Mills, and Nike.
