iris has been chosen by Haven as its lead creative and strategic agency, following a 4-way competitive pitch to handle its integrated business in the UK. iris will partner with Haven over the coming years to define a new era for the brand– and is tasked with connecting its ‘Breath of Fresh Air’ brand positioning and culture to a wider audience.

Iris will take on all TV, social, content, CRM and digital activity for the brand. In 2012, the holiday destination embarked on a significant cultural change programme that moved the business from a sales based culture to an experience based culture focused on customer needs and motivations.
As lead creative and strategic agency iris will be supporting Haven in this journey and will produce creative work and campaigns that deliver on the brand’s promise of giving a ‘Breath of Fresh Air’ – while immersing potential consumers in a new Haven experience.

Haven Holidays owns and operates 36 family holiday parks, providing caravan, touring and camping facilities across the UK in predominantly coastal locations. iris will replace incumbent agency Souk. The media remit remains unaffected and sits with Mediacom.
