Andrew Benett said: “Tim, Sean, and Matt have been key leaders in the New York agency, delivering the best growth year ever across the Havas Worldwide network in 2014. They possess the energy, vision, and passion for talent required to build an even more dynamic and successful agency. This new structure is a natural evolution for the management of New York, given their existing partnership and their commitment to collaborative and innovative thinking, an approach that has already set us apart as a network.”
In conjunction with these executive appointments are key promotions within the Talent and Creative groups. Shannon Novak, a 12-year veteran of Havas, will assume the role of Managing Director, Talent Management for Havas Worldwide New York. In this role, she’ll be responsible for partnering with the new team across the agency on the execution of the network’s talent strategy. In addition, Executive Creative Directors Israel Garber and Jason Musante have been appointed to lead the agency’s creative department in the expanded role of Managing Director and Group Executive Creative Directors. They will oversee all creative staff and client projects across the agency’s roster of accounts. Garber and Musante have been working together successfully over the last seven months on a variety of agency business.
“This is a proven group of leaders who are committed to the success and growth of our New York agency. They are already off to a great start this year with the most recent account wins, Edible Arrangements and WeddingWire. I am confident that, as a team, they will continue to positively impact the evolution of the agency,” Benett said.view more - Hires, Wins & Business
