Today, Havas shared its US Commit to Change plan and US agency diversity data in an effort to advance its business and industry at large. Havas has listened to the dialogue across advocacy groups, industry leaders, and its employee base at all levels in the US and beyond. The team has assessed its business from end-to-end and have produced what it feels is a comprehensive US action plan that will optimise its chances of making real change in how BIPOC employees gain access and opportunity in its organisation and how they experience its business overall.
This plan, which will evolve as Havas continues to learn and grow, will live within its broader global DEI program All In, using the key learnings and foundation that it has developed since 2018. Like many, Havas has its work cut out for them, but shares this plan openly with the ambition that it can create progress together across the industry. Its employees are the very heart of its organisation, and Havas wants to thank all of them who continue to participate in this conversation and who bravely share its perspectives, ideas, thoughts and stories.
