Havas Formula Hires Wade Prospere as Vice President, Digital

Havas Formula has hired Wade Prospere as vice president, digital. Located in the New York office, Prospere will work with the leadership team to grow Havas Formula’s social and digital offering, aligning it much more closely with the firm’s PR services. 

“Digital is driving our world, and social is just a part of what digital brings to the marketing mix these days,” said Michael Olguin, CEO of Havas Formula. “Under Wade’s direction, our offering will expand beyond content development to include more robust data and analytics strategies, stronger and more growth-oriented paid programming, and more expanded use of our creative resources to provide meaningful content for our clients.”

Prospere joins Havas Formula from creative agency Social Chain, where as head of media he delivered against a network of 400-plus accounts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube that collectively had 386 million followers. He led the development of cross-platform digital and go-to-market strategies and was responsible for audience growth, e-commerce and monetisation strategy.

Previously, he held roles at Spot, a travel and discovery app based in San Francisco, and the high-impact entrepreneurship consultancy Endeavor, located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he was responsible for the organisation's search, selection, and growth process. Prior to Endeavor, Prospere was a financial analyst at Merrill Lynch.
