Havas EHS has appointed Mark Taylor to the newly created position of Managing Director, FULCRM, London. Previously Razorfish’s Vice President of Consumer Insights and lead on Solutions Strategy, Taylor will head up FULCRM, Havas EHS’ unique system for data-driven marketing, and evolve the underlying technology partnerships, processes and skills to provide winning solutions to new and existing accounts.
With over 15 years of experience transforming businesses through customer experiences and data-driven marketing, Taylor brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the newly created role. He was the North America lead of the Solutions Design practice at Razorfish and was instrumental in the Adobe strategic alliance including the development of Razorfish Boost. As part of this role, Taylor was also responsible for managing cross-functional teams to deliver “always-on” digital customer experiences for brands. During his eight-year stint at Razorfish, he delivered award-winning, cross-industry solutions to clients including Samsonite, Best Buy, Microsoft and Intel.
Mark’s experience in delivering rich customer-centric experiences in digital marketing will be pivotal as Havas EHS continues to develop its FULCRM proposition of real-time engagement by unifying creative, data and digital to create seamlessly integrated campaigns for clients. In addition, his understanding of the importance of targeting customers in real time will be critical for continuing the success of the agency’s recent partnership with software platform Provenir. The cloud-based platform gives the agency the ability to proactively listen in real-time for “moments of truth” from consumers and immediately convert them into interactive brand experiences.
