In celebration of Singapore’s definitive dance music festival, ZoukOut, The Integer Group of Singapore and Havaianas (havaianas.com) are aiming to add more colour to the shores of Siloso Beach. Havaianas is Singapore’s leading fashion flip-flop brand.
Integer Singapore launched a Havaianas Facebook app that allows partygoers to design their very own Havaianas beach ball. Users can choose from different brush strokes and patterns to decorate their own Havaianas beach ball.
The 19 most popular designs won ZoukOut 2011 tickets and a Havaianas Limited Edition ZoukOut pair of flip-flops. The winning entry receiving the most votes will be produced and showcased at ZoukOut this weekend, on December 10.
Integer Singapore also turned heads along Orchard Road last weekend with a two-story high ZoukOut limited edition beach ball that rolled from Ngee Ann City to Mandarin Gallery, and back again. This guerilla-marketing tactic drew large crowds, despite the rain.
Injecting the brand’s unique colour and spontaneity to the party, Havaianas will be unleashing a number of custom-designed beach balls into the expected audience of 30,000 at ZoukOut this Saturday. Anyone lucky enough to grab one will be entitled to exclusive freebies and offers from their favourite flip-flop store.
“It’s all about adding that distinctly Havaianas fun and charm,” said KC Chung, Creative Director at TBWA\ Group Singapore. “We want to bring that Brazilian experience to people wherever they are, from Facebook all the way to ZoukOut.”
Havaianas will be present at ZoukOut’s promotional event at Cineleisure from November 26 through December 4, and at the ZoukOut party on December 10.
