Activity includes the chance to design your own pud and win free treats
London, Friday 17, May 2013: Publicis Chemistry has created a campaign for Gü’s 10th birthday, helping the puds brand celebrate by thanking its fans and offering them the chance to design their own Gü pud.
The digital campaign will be supported via social media, in-store, on-pack and PR, and runs until July. Publicis Chemistry has designed a Facebook App to host the competition, which is accessible via the Gü page. It features an animated video, which features Head Chef Fred’s voice talking about what inspires him when creating Gü puds, and a link to Gü’s new Pinterest board where budding chefs can find more ideas.
Entrants need to be a ‘fan’ of the Gü UK Facebook page and name and describe their pud and tell Gü why they should win. One lucky winner will then get to create their pud with Head Chef Fred, which will then be sold as a limited edition in 2014. The winner will also take a slice of the profits.

The inspiration video will also be seeded online to encourage people to become a Facebook fan and enter the competition, together with a second animated video that celebrates Gü’s past 10 years.
Gü is celebrating the day itself by today surprising a number of its fans, who entered an earlier competition, with a delivery of puds or vouchers. A Gü branded van (complete with #happy10thbdaygu hashtag) will deliver puds to winners within the M25, with those outside the M25 receiving £10 vouchers in the post.
