Greatest Showman ‘Making Of’ Shows How VR Raises the Bar

20th Century Fox’s VR experience for the musical film The Greatest Showman “Come Alive: Rehearsal to Screen”, built by Pasadena, CA-based creative studio SunnyBoy Entertainment, debuted during the holidays on the  LIFE VR app. Most recently, the VR production company launched the 360 video “The Making Of The Greatest Showman 360" that chronicles the production of the “Come Alive: Rehearsal to Screen” VR experience with interviews from the creators.

The 360 making-of video captures the creators' journey crafting a VR experience, which places viewers in an action-packed, songful spectacle alongside Hugh Jackman, who plays the ringmaster P.T. Barnum. It leads viewers to the rehearsal stage where Jackman and the cast, including Zac Efron, Zendaya and Michelle Williams, put the final touches on the film’s show-stopping number “Come Alive.”
