Great Guns signs Steven Boyle
The director brings with him a sense of versatility and technical flair
Great Guns has just welcomed director Steven Boyle to its roster.
Boyle is a versatile filmmaker with a style that combines visual and technical flair with a strong feel for casting and performance. A natural storyteller, his work encompasses an unusually broad range of genres that spans commercials, drama and documentary.
Born and raised in Newcastle upon Tyne, he began his career as a director back in 2004. His directing talent was noticed almost immediately by receiving ‘Most Promising Newcomer Award’ (Directing) at the 2004 Royal Television Society awards. Success continued to follow him, most recently with his short films ‘Ghost Street’ and ‘Edge of Empire’. He is now based in London and is currently developing a feature film and several short form projects.
