Gonzalo Olivera Named Managing Partner of MullenLowe Singapore

Gonzalo was previously growth director at the agency

MullenLowe has named Gonzalo Olivera managing partner of its growing Singapore operation. He is one of the region’s most result driven leaders. In his previous role as growth director, MullenLowe’s long term clients were retained while the revenue coming from new clients grew four-fold with brands like Bumble, Maserati or Citibank. The agency has also picked up recent accolades like Digital Agency of the Year at Adfest, Agency of the Year at Spikes Asia, Gong awards, and a Cannes Lions Top 10 Most awarded Agency of the decade in Asia.

Gonzalo has been with MullenLowe for 15 years. He began his career in accounts at LOLA MullenLowe Spain leading Global brands like Rexona and Skip. Not afraid of a challenge, in 2013 he moved to Singapore and soon began focusing on Growth and New Business, while simultaneously setting up his own start up called Food For Real that aims to make nutrition information easier and more transparent.

Originally from Spain, Gonzalo has lived in Italy and Denmark and holds a dual degree in Communications and Economics. His passions are surfing and wine tasting, and he loves when he can do both on the same day.

Gonzalo’s new role furthers MullenLowe Group’s momentum as the most effective network dollar for dollar for the 11th year running in the Global Effies Index. In addition, Kristen Cavallo, one of the industry’s most successful and influential leaders, was recently named the network’s Global CEO.
