Looking for the best of creativity before entry deadline of March 18th

The best use of creativity is celebrated on the lake Geneva shoreline. The season is starting for honouring creative excellence of companies and individuals. The Golden Award of Montreux has traditionally been the first global competition in Europe since 1989 and is now accepting entries! Outstanding ideas in advertising, media, digital and events will be awarded - a salute to the world’s best communication. Awards are a currency. The deadline for entry is March 18th. The Golden Award of Montreux is open to all advertising agencies, advertisers, studios and production companies worldwide. Both national and international campaigns may compete. All advertising and marketing communications used since 1st January 2021 are eligible as entries.

Winners are promoted through international press releases and publicity campaigns. They are also featured in the showcase section of the website and, the gateway to the advertising world.

The competition will include: Media, Digital, Film, Direct, Integrated, Outdoor, Print, Event, Spatial, Corporate Film, Talent.

Last year’s Ad of the Year at The Golden Award of Montreux has been presented to ‘The Kentucky Turtle Derby’, created by Energy BBDO Chicago. Serviceplan was crowned Best Agency of the Year.

In total 42 Gold Medals were awarded across six main categories.

The jury is the heart of the Golden Award of Montreux. The 2022 jury consists of high-profile professionals from 20 countries. With their experience, the independent jurors guarantee the high quality of the competition. The different competences and specialisations of the members ensure a balanced evaluation of the competition entries. An outstanding line-up of leaders whose own work is setting benchmarks in all forms of brand communications.

Jury chairs are among others Frank Bodin, president Art Director Club Switzerland; Luis Silva Dias, CEO and partner FCB International; David Derouet, associate creative director, BETC Paris; Joseph Dubruque, associate creative director, McCANN Paris; Jeannette Liendo, senior vice president, marketing and communications Mastercard Europe; Adam Kerj, chief creative officer, Accenture Interactive Nordics; Mayara Schmidt, senior art director, Johannes Leonardo New York City.

The Golden Award of Montreux Jury is looking forward to seeing this year's submissions.

Commenting on his chairing role, Frank Bodin says: "Montreux is the place of world-class creativity. As a musician, you have to have been to the Montreux Jazz Festival. As an advertiser, you have to have won a Golden Award of Montreux. Go for it!“
