glue Isobar, one of London’s most awarded digital agencies, is removing the ‘glue’ prefix in its title to become Isobar. The changeover will be completed by the end of June 2013.
Isobar is the name of the overarching digital marketing agency around the world which is part of Aegis Media, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dentsu. With over 3,000 staff in 53 offices, across 36 offices worldwide, Isobar was ranked 15th largest by AdAge in 2013. In the last 12 months alone Isobar has won 14 Agency of the Year titles, more than any other agency, and won Network of the Year in APAC.
In the past two years Isobar’s client base in the UK has grown extensively to include national and multinational brands including: Kellogg’s, Pringles, Google, Scottish Power, the Guardian and Toyota. These businesses require both local and global insights to deliver communications solutions and the name change will reflect the increasingly borderless way in which Isobar works with international clients.
Mark Cranmer, Global CEO of Isobar said: We increasingly asked to provide our Clients with borderless solutions, tapping into talent and skills we have throughout our global agency. They are able to access our depth and breadth of capabilities which we are able to offer in all regions, making Isobar synonymous with worldwide strength. The name change is a natural evolution for our business as we now align as a global business and brand to service our clients.”
