Glue IQ Bolsters Team with Multiple Hires

Glue IQ, a creative consultancy headquartered in Miami has added key new hires to their leadership team and adds in a new partner. The two year-old agency lists fortune 500 clients from travel, automotive, hospitality, finance and luxury goods. 

Noel Artiles has joined as executive creative director, working on a range of clients across the agency including Royal Bank of Canada, Atlantis Paradise Island and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Noel comes to Glue with over 15 years of award-winning experience where he has driven big ideas and creative solutions for SapientNitro (Publicis Sapient), Digitas, and Y&R (VMLYR), and as well as PWC. His experience at developing creative teams, coupled with his passion for innovating will contribute to more exciting and unique experiences for our brands. 

Suzyelle Da Silva comes on board as head of performance marketing, bringing with her over a decade of experience in digital marketing and analytics. Prior to joining Glue, Suzyelle held senior digital marketing positions at LVMH, Razorfish, Trip Advisor and SapientNitro. Suzyelle’s depth of experience within both the agency and client sides, give her a unique perspective and contribute to her 360 degree approach to how brands successfully differentiate themselves. 

Greg Cordaro joins Glue IQ as the head of strategy focusing on all clients across the board. An Integrated Marketing expert, Greg’s broad understanding of digital, traditional and direct disciplines within branding and marketing, consumer insights, mobile and more, make him the Swiss Army Knife of strategy for all agency accounts.

Marguerite (Maggy) Conde has over 18 years of experience in the marketing and advertising space. She was elevated to partner at the end of last year and has been part of GlueIQ since day one. Maggy has worked on numerous clients across multiple industries. Highly skilled at analysing market trends and customer needs to develop highly-effective and targeted marketing campaigns and eCommerce / business strategies.
