GLOW Expands Senior Leadership Team with Hiring of VP Finance

GLOW has announced the hire of Nicole Florit to its senior leadership team as VP of finance. Nicole will oversee finance and various agency operations. Nicole’s background spans 20 years at start-ups and large corporate environments alike. Most recently at Paige VP of finance & operations where she led finance, HR and business operations. Prior, Nicole worked at Standard Media Index, innRoad Inc, HealiNation Inc and eFront in finance and HR and business operation roles.

The move comes as the agency is experiencing strong growth despite the global pandemic. Revenues are up approximately 40% and the agency has expanded its categories to consumer toys, electronic consumer product, food and health and wellness with a total of eight new project wins in the past 12 months.
