German Jury Meets in Berlin to Define Gerety Global Shortlist
The Gerety Awards 2023 jury from Germany met this week in Berlin at the BBDO Germany office to define the shortlist which will be announced Tuesday, June 13thh. The Gerety Awards brings together an all-female jury to select the best in advertising from a powerful perspective, creating a benchmark that is relevant to the market reality, all while redefining the standard to which advertising has traditionally been held.
The Berlin ambassador Kathrin Jesse, CEO at BBDO Germany, had the following to say: “80% of all consumer decisions are driven by women – it is simply a bad business choice to ignore female perspectives in marketing. I am all the more happy and proud to have had so many incredible women in the room to share our thinking in an open and respectful environment. We need much more of that.”
