Co-founder and managing director of Wolf BKK and chief marketing officer at Central and Robinson share a refreshing taking on leadership

Just like the award show, the Gerety Talks series puts some of the marketing and creative industry’s true changemakers in the spotlight - and at the centre of the conversation - with the aim to drive progress within the industry on a global scale. The series will bring together agency and brand leaders from around the globe for a refreshing take on what leadership looks like. The next instalment, featuring Rvisra 'Ten' Chirathivat and Phannika Vongsayan takes place on Tuesday, January 11th. 


Rvisra ‘Ten’ Chirathivat

Customer director of Central Department Store and Robinson Department Store, under Central Retail. She oversees customer strategy and omni-channel marketing for both Central and Robinson. Under her leadership, Rvisra has successfully launch Central App, an omni-shopping application of Central Department Store, as well as the launch of ‘Central Personal Shopper On Demand 1425’. She is also responsible for the success of Central Midnight Sale ‘Shop Unfriend’ campaign, which has been shortlisted for the prestigious awards of CANNES Lions in 2021.

Rvisra has extensive marketing experience, having worked for WWP’s advertising agency and tech start-ups overseeing projects for global brands such as Microsoft, Samsung, and Universal Studios. She was also the marketing director of Central Department Store in China before being promoted to chief marketing officer of JD Central, a joint venture between Central Group and JD.com, China's largest online retailer.


Phannika Vongsayan

Co-founder, and managing director of Wolf BKK, a Bangkok Based advertising agency. Phannika has 21 years of experience in building, and rejuvenating both local and international brands. She started her career with Lowe, TBWA and Ogilvy, she developed her profound passion about the connection between exceptional creative work and effectiveness in business. In 2017, Phannika - along with Torsak C. - founded Wolf BKK a through the line advertising company, a member of the Hakuhodo Group.  The company which believes in the power of action (brand that do), to "Do" things in the most daring way possible, and demand nothing but the most effective outcome for the brand. Wolf BKK, ranked 6th at Campaign Brief Asia's Thailand Hottest Agency in 2021. The company's "Shop Unfriend" campaign for Central Department Store was universally accepted from global advertising award arenas: Gerety Awards, New York Festival, The One Show, Award Awards, Cannes and was awarded two Grand Prixs from Spikes Asia and ADFEST where its network was crowned 2021 Network of the Year.
