Prior to the shortlist announcement due Tuesday, June 14th and following the UK judging session that was held at Pop Brixton with hosts School of Communication Arts 2.0. The Gerety Awards, the only creative prize to reward advertising work that resonates most with a female audience, announces the agency and production company of the year for the UK.
*Agency of the year by country and Production company of the year by country is chosen by the local juries from the portfolio cut and requires a single film no longer than five minutes in length and includes up to three pieces of work from the past 12 months.
AMVBBDO was awarded for its portfolio cut entry that included work for Calm, Bacardi & Tena. Nadja Lossgott & Nicholas Hulley, chief creative officer, AMVBBDO had the following to say “We are very honoured that this world class jury has held our agency’s work in such high esteem. It is recognition that we are lucky to work with the kindest and cleverest people who make the most creative and effective work there is. We couldn’t be prouder.”
