WPP’s end-to-end commerce agency Geometry has welcomed new SVP, digital commerce Alice Fournier effective immediately. In her role, she will be working to help craft and evolve the agency’s digital commerce capabilities in order to bring forward the promise of 'Living Commerce,' Geometry’s proprietary lens through understanding consumers. She will also be instrumental in helping create world-class strategies made for the modern world of connected commerce.
Alice comes to Geometry with broad omnichannel experience and industry recognition as a senior eCommerce leader. With a unique combination of first-hand digital expertise and deep industry insights, she is a skilled client partner who is known for her expertise in designing sustainable long-term strategies that involve forward-looking ideas anchored in tangible actions and ROI.
Alice previously led the market insights division of the eCommerce and omnichannel team at Kantar, where she worked with a team of retail experts to derive insights in eCommerce. She supported clients in understanding how Amazon is impacting the broader retail landscape - on and offline - and, most importantly, what to do to win in today’s new world. In that role, Alice worked with clients across a variety of eCommerce and omnichannel challenges and opportunities, from tactical Amazon execution to strategic retail planning, organisational capabilities, new platforms and models and the overall future of selling in a digital landscape.
Prior to Kantar, Alice worked on the client side where she designed, implemented and managed - from both a sales and marketing perspective - a direct-to-consumer channel. In addition, she oversaw Amazon sales and supported teams as they transitioned from the brick and mortar space, to one that is increasingly more digital.
Alice is excited to join Geometry to collaborate and learn from the team's great work, share her expertise, and to fuse commerce and content to create exceptional end-to-end experiences for clients. She is looking forward to help shape the future, in these extraordinary times we live in.
