Geometry has named Helene DeVries as global head of talent acquisition. She will be based in New York, reporting directly to Simon Heath, global chief talent officer.
An executive headhunter by profession, Helene comes to Geometry with a wealth of rich talent acquisition experience. She has been tasked with developing and delivering a gold standard global talent acquisition practice and capability for the global network.

Helene joins from Wunderman Thompson, where she previously served as head of talent acquisition. She also spent a number of years as chief talent officer for a Publicis OpCo and led her own executive search practice from within a boutique search firm for 10 years.
