Gadget Geeks Struggle with Bulky Kit in This VW Ad

In this spot for Volkswagen's C-Trek lovably geeky people are improvising with self-made equipment to kit themselves out with multifunctual gadgets. They end up weighed down by bulky kit which is difficult to handle. 

These folks look clumsy with their amateur gear trying to get the various functions of a wristband, a smartphone or an active camera. It might be cleverer to  get professional crossover technology, like the gadgetry rolled into the VW C-Trek, rather than just slapping it together.
