Advertising Week Europe, the continent’s preeminent gathering of the creative industries, has announced the winners of the inaugural Future is Female Awards, which honours 10 outstanding rising stars in advertising and marketing.
The winners were selected against a criteria of proven achievements, including the demonstrable ability to affect organisational change, commitment to external impact, ability to mentor others and professional endorsements. Those honoured in the awards have demonstrated ‘best-in-class’ leadership through their career accomplishments.

The esteemed judging panel for the Future is Female Awards included Patricia Corsi, chief marketing and digital officer at Bayer, and Lisa Lavender, operations director at the British Arrows.
Diversity, inclusion and empowering the next generation, are key themes for Advertising Week Europe this year, which will host full day tracks on the Future is Female and Diverse Minds. The Future is Female is a year-round global initiative for Advertising Week and its partners.
