FUSE Create Welcomes Jon Crowley as Senior Vice President, Head of Strategy

FUSE Create is has announced the appointment of Jon Crowley to the new role of senior vice president, head of strategy, effective April 15th. This strategic leadership addition to the independent agency’s team comes at a pivotal moment as they continue to evolve and expand the agency’s offerings.

With a deep and wide understanding of the strategy landscape, plus an impressive track record for award-winning thinking, Jon brings an immediate expertise and stewardship to FUSE Create. His extensive experience: with clients McDonald's, PC Financial, Molson, OLG, and Skip the Dishes, to name a few; four years at Diamond with the last two as SVP of Strategy; plus his tenure at Publicis, Cossette, and Sid Lee. This uniquely positions him to drive the agency forward in delivering innovative solutions to FUSE clients.

Jon’s arrival comes at a time of significant momentum for FUSE Create. After being Shortlisted for Strategy's Small Agency of the Year in 2023, the agency has enjoyed a robust pipeline of projects and new client engagements, including Canada Protection Plan, Purolator, Canada Royal Milk, and the newest assignment from UK-based Grenade where FUSE will lead brand marketing and a new product launch in Canada. Jon will oversee a team of five strategists and work closely alongside SVPs Aleena Mazhar Kuzma, Managing Director, and Steve Miller, executive creative director, as they fulfil on the culture shift and creative vision set out four years ago when the agency relaunched.
