Forty1, the employee engagement division of The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG), has expanded its consultancy team with hires Hillary Brown and Seamour Rathore - both join as senior communications and engagement Consultants.

Hillary Brown brings more than 15 years’ experience to the agency, previously working across diversity, equity and inclusion, CSR and CEO communications. Prior to joining Forty1, Hillary worked at Silicon Valley Bank, where she helped define the internal communications strategy. She has also held roles at Natwest Plc., where she was responsible for Group employee campaigns, as well as leading projects on employee value propositions and brand strategy.

Seamour Rathore was most recently employed as a consultant at brand and communications agency The Team, where she led projects for blue chip clients across experience, strategy and brand. Her previous positions include Senior Consultant at Instinctif and Assistant Vice President at State Street. Seamour will also bring further strategic expertise to the business, having recently completed an MSc in organisational behaviour and psychology from Birkbeck School of Business and Economics, part of University of London.

Richard Burton, managing partner of Forty1, commented: “We’re delighted to welcome Hillary and Seamour to the team at Forty1. Their experience and insight will play a pivotal role in helping ensure our clients and their employees can thrive in the post-pandemic future of work. Together with our recent acquisition of Vitiello Communications Group, we are now better equipped than ever to deliver a wide range of integrated employee engagement solutions to clients around the world.”
