Global creative collective Forsman & Bodenfors announced this week that 12-year advertising veteran, Elias Kakomanolis, will lead creative operations at its New York office. Elias will work closely with F&B’s creative, production, project management, account service, and finance teams to further foster a collaborative way of working and accelerate operational efficiency.

Most recently, Elias served as the chief operating officer for Publicis’ Power of One agency team for USAA. He has successfully managed multi-channel, integrated campaigns from concept through execution, working with notable brands like Rolex, JetBlue, Smirnoff, Mondelez, Vonage, Crocs and Samsung, to name a few.
“There is an incredible opportunity here at Forsman & Bodenfors that I am excited to be a part of,” says Elias. “I've always believed there is more to operations than managing budgets, timelines and resources. Operations plays a big role in supporting the direction and safeguarding of culture and creativity. I’m really looking forward to expanding on the momentum the team has started to build.”
Prior to Publicis, Elias was director of creative operations at McKinney, and before that was operations manager at JWT. He received his B.A. in Journalism, and M.A. in Graphic Communications Management and Technology from NYU. When he’s not staring at Gantt charts, scopes of work and staff plans, Elias practices energy healing. He became a certified Reiki Master in 2017 and strongly believes in the power of hugs – a healthy belief to have when facing advertising deadlines.
