One Green Bean today announces that Gavin Lewis has joined the senior management team at One Green Bean London, in the role of managing partner. It marks the latest in a series of high-profile specialist and leadership hires, as the agency prepares for client remit expansion and anticipated growth in 2022.
As a partner and creative director at Hope & Glory for nearly 10 years, Gavin was instrumental in shaping the culture, creative output, and growth of the agency, throughout a decade of momentum. During that time, Lewis worked with numerous category-defining brands, including IKEA, Greggs, Facebook, Sainsbury’s, Merlin, Disney, Tourism Australia, American Airlines, SEGA, Sony and Hyundai. In his role as Creative Director, Lewis was the architect behind numerous multi award-winning campaigns, achieving recognition both in the UK and internationally.
In the newly created position of managing partner at One Green Bean, Gavin will take a leadership role driving integrated, PR and social-first outputs for the existing roster of clients, in addition to focusing on growth opportunities. Lewis will play a key role internally, remaining close to the day-to-day craft of cutting-edge communications, with an emphasis on the ever-shifting media landscape. The outward facing aspects of his role will span C-suite client counsel around fit-for-purpose earned media creative, cross-channel story telling optimisation and opportunities to better integrate social, content and influencers into more traditional communications.
