Forever Beta has hired eight new team members across creative, strategy and client services. All have been hired specifically for their hugely varied experience, skill-sets and backgrounds.

They will now give Forever Beta even more diverse firepower as the agency continues to refresh and refocus its drive to create bold, unique work and push the boundaries of innovation, technology and digital.

The new blood follows the agency acquiring new offices in the heart of the creative hub of London, Shoreditch. The work space will feature a lab where individuals can pioneer the latest technology to aid clients and build work of the future. The space will also feature a ‘creative lounge’ where staff can come and go, collaborate and be inspired.

The Creative hires include: Mark Campion, joining Forever Beta as creative director. Mark has an innovative background and joins the team from Saatchi & Saatchi. He brings his vast experience with international clients and will work closely with CCO Paulo Areas on building the agency’s creative vision.

Alongside Mark, joins new senior creative Stefania Esposito, a social and digital native whose unique passion for creativity perfectly compliments the independent spirit of Forever Beta.

She is joined by Jessica Purchon who has been moved across from account handling because of her background in stand up comedy and outstanding copywriting skills.

Max Sizeland and James Halladay complete the new forward-thinking creative team. The pair bring an integrated vision and modern outlook.

David Craft joins the strategy team as senior strategist. With retail, charity and gaming sector experience and a passion for problem-solving, David brings an agile, independent and digital agency mindset to the diverse team of strategists.

Account handling hires see May Reinholdsson joining as account manager from creative sports agency Dark Horses. With her extensive background in sports and fitness May will be leading on the Decathlon account as well as supporting on other accounts. Laura Battersby rejoins the Forever Beta team as a senior account director, following a stint in 2019. She'll be leading on two new accounts.

Paulo Areas, CCO and partner at Forever Beta, said: “We strongly believe that this agency is about the people we have. So we were not just looking for the right skill sets, we were looking for talent that would share the same passion and vision we have as a brand, and to give them the right inspiring environment to work, so they can help shape Forever Beta into an even stronger innovative and creative agency.”
